Urban Designs were commissioned to carry out a feasibility appraisal to assess the redevelopment of a sheltered housing scheme against an option to extend and remodel the existing building.
Both schemes delivered 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, being a significant increase on the existing 24 flats and bedsits.
