Pool house Annexe
Urban Designs have been commissioned to design a new pool house and ancillary accommodation set within the grounds of a large house.
The design compliment the existing house which we had previously designed. The new building includes a pool and changing facilities on the ground floor,
With living accommodation, 2 bedrooms and a roof terrace at first floor level. Planning Permission was granted in 2023, with work commencing on site in 2024.
