Bespoke New Build Dwelling
Urban Designs were commissioned to prepare designs for a replacement dwelling to be built on the site of an existing bungalow.
The proposed new is a large 3 bedroomed house with Energy Efficiency being at the heart of the design. A challenging planning process
resulted in Planning Permission being granted in Autumn 2023, with work due to start on site in 2024.
