Shobnall
The site of the former adult training centre in Burton on Trent had become surplus to requirement. We were approached by a local contractor to prepare designs for this site of 26 new affordable houses, which would be delivered to Trent & Dove Housing on completion. Planning permission was granted in 2018, with dwellings being completed at the end of 2020.
