This former dairy farm located in the Leicestershire countryside had been vacant for a number of years.
A variety of brick built and steel framed barns were included within the site including two large Dutch barns.
Concept designs were prepared for the conversion of the existing buildings to form 14 dwellings. A further portal framed barn was proposed for office/ commercial uses.
Urban Designs’ instruction included preparation and submission of a planning application. Visualisations were also produced to assist in the planning process.
