Pleasley Hill
Urban Designs were commissioned to produce Master Plan for a 38 Hectare land holding on the edge of Mansfield. Working with Planning Consultants, this site was promoted through the Local Plan process which became a Stategic Allocation within the adopted Local Plan.
The proposed scheme is for a mixed use development of up to 850 dwellings, and a commercial development which includes, employment, hotel, public house, car home, gym, super market and petrol filling station.
The masterplan has been carefully designed to create a well-connected development that sits well within its context. The site has been designed with sustainability at the core, with provision for future connection to bus routes allowing for public transport to be extended within the site.
